Pamela Love showed her new FW12 collection of increasingly elaborate jewelry with men's workwear including Carhart overalls and a smart-looking leather work apron. I like the styling of the apron with a crisp white oxford shirt and a standard wife beater - they make a good background for the highly intricate jewelry pieces. Inspired by Pamela Love's styling and woodworker Ariele Alasko (see last post), I'd love to make a leather work apron like this! Simple and useful with lots of pockets, it has all of the elements of a good project. Adding this to the list of things to design/make in the near future...
I wonder who makes the apron used above...was it made for Pamela Love (probably) or did she buy some available ones? I tried to do some investigating but couldn't find out. Here are some similar ones:
